Apply to join
Send us your last renewal schedule and a rundown of your fleet. We'll assess fit for the scheme within 48 hours.

Onboarding & KYC
Verified once, remembered forever. ABN, licence and vehicle details are collected through the member portal.

Pro-rata allocation
The scheme's annual premium is split fairly — by equal share, sum insured, vehicle count, or a custom weighting.

Invoice & pay
Tax-compliant invoices with GST, state stamp duty and broker fee. Pay by card in the portal or by EFT.

Certificate on demand
Generate a Certificate of Currency in the portal, email it direct to a consignor, download the signed PDF.

Renewal automation
60-, 30- and 7-day renewal notices, monthly bordereaux to the underwriter, and continuous cover — no lapse.
Pro-rata methods
Four ways to split the premium.
Every scheme votes on how the master premium is distributed across members. Whichever method you pick, the maths is transparent and shown line-by-line on every invoice.
Equal
Same share for every active member. Simple, popular with tight-knit groups.
By sum insured
Members pay in proportion to the value of vehicles they've placed on the policy.
By vehicle count
Straight per-truck weighting. Ideal for mixed owner-driver / small-fleet groups.
Custom weighting
Bespoke risk weighting agreed by the scheme committee — for uneven exposures.
Named contractor schemes
Group rates for the networks you drive for.
We negotiate dedicated pricing for named contractor groups. If you're subbing to one of these networks, ask about the scheme rate — it's usually 15–25% under the open market.
